What will you be doing? Here is your Timetable...
Assessment Day # 1 - March 6 2010 @ 10am
Meet & Greet/ Measure/Goal setting
On this Saturday, we meet at Performex Studios. You will get to meet the group of brides that you will be working with and the Trainers who will be coaching you through the next 4 weeks.We will then take some initial measurements and bench marks and help you set your personal goals.
Week 1
Day 1
Strength Training = 1 Hour
Incorporating some basic acheivable exercises, this session is designed to introduce you to all the muscles of your body that you will be strengthening, shaping and toning.
Day 2
Cardio session = 1 Hour
(Cardio = 45 mins, Abs = 15 mins)
Cardio drills designed to steadily increase the heart rate and maintain moderate to high level of intensity to improve your cardio fitness level and burn calories, and a gut busting ab workout to finish you off.
Day3
Circuit – Resistance & Cardio = 1 hour
(Circuit = 45 mins, Abs = 15 mins)
Combination of the two above sessions. Using the strength exercises to pre-fatigue muscle whilst attacking the cardio for a more intense challenge. Then finish with exercises to trim and shape the mid-section.
Week 2
Day 1
Strength Training = 1 Hour
The strength session this week will be focussing on Core strength and isometric exercises. Building the power of the muscle through controlled holding exercises. 2010 is the year of the BUM! This the fast track to cracking a walnut with your butt!
Day2
Cardio session = 1 Hour
(Cardio = 45 mins, Abs = 15 mins)
This session we will use Plyometric Training, which is explosive movements using body weight only. The aim here is to fatigue your muscle efficiently for a high calorie burning workout. Ab blasting exercises will finish the session.
Day3
Circuit – Resistance & Cardio = 1 Hour
(Circuit = 45 mins, Abs = 15 mins)
Light to moderate intensity resistance with high repetitions and functional exercises that use both the upper and lower body together to create an all over body workout.
Week 3
Day 1
Strength Training = 1 Hour
Session is designed to attack all muscle areas of the body to firm and tighten those not so firm and not so tight areas!
Day2
Cardio session = 1 Hour
(Cardio = 45 mins, Abs = 15 mins)
Cardio drills designed to steadily increase the heart rate and maintain moderate to high level of intensity to improve your cardio fitness level and burn calories. Core work to finish the session.
Day3
Circuit – Resistance & Cardio = 1 Hour
(Circuit = 45 mins, Abs = 15 mins)
Combination of the two above sessions. Using the strength exercises to pre-fatigue muscle whilst attacking the cardio for a more intense challenge. Then finish with exercises to trim and shape the mid-section.
Week 4 - Last Week!
Day1

The strength session this week will be focussing on Core strength and isometric exercises. Building the power of the muscle through controlled holding exercises. So dig deep and get the most out of the sessions this week before assessment day!
Day2

(Cardio = 45 mins, Abs = 15 mins)
This session we will use Plyometric Training, which is explosive movements using body weight only. The aim here is to fatigue your muscles efficiently for a high-calorie burning workout. Sprint drills will be added for a little something extra!
Day3
Circuit – Resistance & Cardio = 1 Hour
(Circuit = 45 mins, Abs = 15 mins)
Last chance training before assessment day! Nothing will be missed in this session, expect resistance, cardio, plyometrics, isometrics and more! Take no prisoners!!
