Coping with exercising in the heat this summer...

How do I know if I’m dehydrated?
Some of the symptoms of dehydration include; thirst, loss of appetite, dry skin, dark coloured urine (seriously - check it next time), fatigue or weakness and head rushes just to name a few.
In fact if you let it go too far, even 5% fluid loss can result in symptoms like; Increased heart rate, increased respiration, extreme fatigue, muscle cramps, headaches, nausea and tingling of the limbs.
Let your body get beyond 10% fluid loss you may see; muscle spasms, vomiting, racing pulse, dim vision, painful urination, confusion, difficulty breathing chest and abdominal pain and even unconsciousness!
