All of the Team Members here at Performex Studios are driven by a passion for Health and Fitness, along with the need to educate as many people within our Cairns Community as we possibly can about exercise and nutrition.
Here at Performex Studios for Personal Fitness, we pride ourselves in being able to provide the highest quality of services for all of our Individual and Group Fitness members.
All of our Personal Trainers hold a Certificate III and IV in personal training and current First Aid and CPR Qualifications as a minimum requirement.
