PS Strength, Shape & Tone is a resistance based class designed to increase your strength and endurance by working with light to moderate weight for longer periods, this also helps you build lean (not bulky) muscle to define your body shape.
The more lean muscle mass we have, the more body fat we burn! High repetition exercise will chisel your body and attack those flabby areas you wish were never there.
