PS Stretch & Core Conditioning is a great class to improve the mobility of your joints and increase the flexibility of your muscles to aid recovery and blood flow. 

You will work through various poses and holds using only your body weight! This will improve your muscular strength and stability. PS Stretch & Core Conditioning can also play a big part of injury prevention.

Through this low impact class you’ll gain the tools and knowledge you need to make day to day life and exercise a little more enjoyable.
