Phil O'Rielly - Personal Trainer/Group Trainer

Phil has been a Personal Trainer for the last 5 years, following a career in accounting. He has been involved in various sports, including, AFL football, running and outrigger canoe paddling.

Phil makes time for exercise on most days and finds that regular training keeps him happy, healthy and motivated.

To relax, Phil likes to read biographies. It’s great to learn about other people’s life experiences, to understand what drives them, what obstacles they have encountered and how the overcome them. Reading about their accomplishments keeps me working towards my own goals” says Phil.

Phils motivation is to inspire his clients to improve their fitness and overall quality of life by being physically active and making healthy food choices.

For Phil, the most exciting about a career in the fitness industry is the opportunity to change people’s attitude towards exercise. “Exercising is great fun, and it’s good for you, so it is fantastic to see people who initially feel negatively about exercise, make the transition and become enthusiastic and committed to their new exercise program”.
